Working on site in summer: how to prepare
Logistics center work is physical, so in summer it's easy to get worn out by the heat. Please keep the following in mind.
Before work
- Get enough sleep the night before. Without enough sleep, the heat wears you out faster.
- Wear comfortable clothes that dry quickly, and it helps to bring a spare top.
- Bring your own water bottle.
While working
- Drink water little by little and often, before you feel thirsty.
- If you feel dizzy or sick to your stomach, stop working right away and tell the site manager.
- Don't push yourself too hard. Your health comes first.
After work
- Replace the water and salt you lost through sweat.
- If you work the next day, resting early is best.
If you're not feeling well, contact the branch in advance and we will adjust your schedule.
